AGRI-HOUSING (unbuilt)
Agricultural areas are isolated from modern cities, and the distribution industry transports farm products for consumption to the cities. The elimination of farms from urban areas has made environmental problems more apparent. The majority of buildings in urban areas are houses. The subject of this study was the possibility of practicing agriculture in apartment buildings. Rooftops have the exposure to sunlight that is necessary to farming. An entirely new form of building could be developed with the introduction of hydroponic technology. The creation of a direct link between production and consumption could lead to the development of new territorial communities in urban areas.
